Remember, it's all about perspective! You might love your winner but your opponent hated it. You might be angry at your unforced error but your opponent loved it :) Every shot can be viewed simultaneously as "great" or "terrible" depending on what side of the court you are on! No judging! Use the data of your shots as information. Remember that positive means good and useful thinking so how can you use your data in a positive way? Use the data to be POSITIVE with yourself on the court.
